I worked on this project for six years from 2015 to 2021. Since I was there pretty much from the beginning I got to work on a wide range of tasks from 3D map concepting to level setup, level art, in-game characters, outfits, card illustrations, marketing art, UI, etc… Some of the outfits for the main characters I made ended up being animated by South Park Digital Studios for cut scenes and a few even made their way to the tv-show episodes.

Ruby is an early game prototype developed in a two person team by me and a programmer so I was handling all the art needs for it. Sadly, this specific prototype didn’t advance past the prototyping phase as often happens in the industry.
Everything you see here is early concept-level and not meant to be considered final quality.

The kitchen background art is placeholder material from the internet.
Diamond Duo is a mobile game prototype I was developing with a small team of about ten people. I tackled the map background art and some other art assets. Sadly, this prototype was never published.
Melody Monsters is a match-three-type mobile game that was developed fully but never published. My responsibilities were the map background, marketing art and I also did a bunch of concepts for the match-three elements.

This was a racing game for Facebook developed to the finish line but decided not to publish. My responsibilities were designing and painting the character illustartions, marketing art assets and the interactive animated garage view which was the main menu of the game along with lots of marketing and video assets.

This was my first game project. It’s a western themed farming game for Facebook. My responsibilities included the huge list of character portraits with the help of an outsourcing company, map view background, level background art, marketing art and weapon illustrations.
My mediums vary from oil paint to pencil to markers to spray paint to digital mediums. By doing art with different mediums I try to keep things fresh and keep up the love for the craft and gain some perspective.
